FREE instructor-led group exercise classes in Plashet Park

Swing is proud to have partnered with the UK’s largest healthcare charity, Nuffield Health, to provide the Newham community with access to high-quality exercise equipment (Swing Boxes) and instructor-led group exercise classes, completely free of charge. 

Swing Boxes can be found in Plashet Park and Central Park and comprise of an adjustable weights bench containing dumbbells and kettlebells from 1-20 kilograms. Swing Boxes are unlocked using the Swing Fitness App, which hosts a wide range of instructive exercise videos to support residents to exercise safely and progress their fitness.

Additionally, Instructor-led group exercise classes occur weekly at the Swing Boxes. These classes are led by experienced Nuffield Health personal trainers and all ability levels are welcome!   • Friday 16:00 in Plashet Park
  • Wednesday at 16:00 in Central Park.

 

We accept self-referrals, referrals from social prescribers and referrals from other community organisations.

Class attendance must be booked in advance.
