South Cambs Visiting Support Service

We offer a visiting support service to our residents. Residents must be 65 years of age or older to be eligible for this service.

This is a short-term support service providing confidential, emotional, financial and practical support and promoting independent living in the community. When a resident is referred, by themselves, family or friends, GP or someone else, we perform a needs and risk assessment that tells us how we can best help.

The Visiting Support Service can offer you support with:

- Economic Well-Being

- Health

- Tackling Loneliness and Isolation

- Staying Safe

- Making a positive contribution to the wider community
