Stop Smoking Service- Take the first step toward a healthier life!
Our FREE 12-week stop smoking program is available digitally for anyone over the age of 12 in Rutland. We support young people, adults and pregnant women in their journey to quit smoking for good.
What We Offer:
- Weekly support and advice through telephone, text messaging, email, and some face-to-face.
- Free stop smoking treatment.
- 12 weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
- For over 18's we can offer E-cigarette friendly options for those wishing to switch to vaping.
- For over 18's you can also join the National Swap to Stop Incentive Scheme to receive 12 weeks' worth of free vape starter kit.
We need your commitment to engage with a stop smoking specialist advisor during the 12 week programme to have a successful quit attempt. Combining NRT product and behavioural support from a professional, you are 3 times more likely to stop smoking.

You must meet at least one of the following to access our services:
- Rutland County Council or Leicestershire County Council resident.
- GP based in Rutland or Leicestershire County Council District.
- Employer based in Rutland or Leicestershire County Council District.
