Physiotherapy, often referred to as physio, aims to help you resume and maintain activity and independence in your daily life at work, home and leisure.
Physiotherapy provides a specialist service to deal with conditions which affect your neck, back, all joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves. Some providers will even deal with pelvic health conditions, including incontinence.
Completion of the self referral form will mean that your referral is sent to a central location, where it will be screened and prioritised by a senior clinician. You have a choice of provider companies and we ask that you indicate your choice when completing the form. All the details are on our website.
