The East Berkshire Safe Haven is a walk-in service—no referral from your GP or Care Coordinator is needed. Our Safe Haven provides a welcoming, safe, comfortable, non-judgmental, and non-clinical environment, often called a 'crisis café.' Here, we offer information and emotional support if you are in crisis or feel you may be approaching one. Additionally, a crisis team clinician is on shift to provide specialised support and guidance during your visit if needed. We are open every day from 5pm to 11pm.
