RBKC Integrated Mental Health Service
 
This service is run in two separate properties, and has two different aspects: The Day Centre and Outreach work. Both services cater to people who have been assessed as having mental health care and support needs. It runs flexible day and outreach services and activities with the overall aim of promoting recovery, social inclusion and independence.

‘The Day Centre’ aspect of the service provides a drop-in safe space where there is a variety of staff or user-led activities and group work.

The ‘Outreach’ aspect provides home support visits, accompaniment on trips and day-to-day activities and also to appointments to help manage the service user’s daily life. Additionally, there are volunteering opportunities and support in developing, managing and delivering personalised packages of care.

The Oremi Centre provides Black & Minority Ethnic- specific support.
