Routeways is starting a new project called Routes To Grow Online 

This project aims to help people with poor or no technical skills use their phones, laptops or computers and gain the confidence to get online. 

We will guide you to safely and securely use your devices and all the important utilities of the Internet, including:

  • Emails
  • Emergency services
  • Taking and sharing photos and videos
  • Online shopping
  • Online banking
  • Social media to stay in contact with friends and family
  • NHS websites to setup appointments and prescriptions
  • Government services such as Universal Credit
  • Bills (gas, electric, broadband, TV license, etc.)
  • Creating, saving and uploading documents
  • Using apps to help with daily life (setting alarms, adding to your calandar, making notes, checking the weather, etc.)

And many other tasks that are becoming more and more fundamental in today's world. 

We will help you use apps such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger, Outlook, Office, Gmail, Facetime, Zoom, Amazon and many more.

This is a one-to-one support program and you will learn completely at your own pace, we will help you every step of the way from the very basics to the more complicated aspects until you are completey confident in your abilities and are digitally included!
