Advocacy is free, independent support to help you have you say in decisions about your health, care and wellbeing.

In Cambridgeshire, VoiceAbility provides these types of advocacy:

  • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
  • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
  • Care Act Advocacy
  • Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR)
  • NHS complaints advocacy
  • General advocacy in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for adults using care services or mental health services, and their carers
