Grow Some Share Some - ESOL friendly

We’re offering a very warm MindFood welcome to those with a limited knowledge of English. If you would like to do some food growing, you’re already speaking our language!

At our weekly sessions you can:

- grow food to help with stress and isolation

- share tips on how to get growing at home

- grow seedlings to share with local primary schools, and support groups

- take home food and plants you’ve helped to grow

- help you nurture your wellbeing even if you’re stuck at home
