CAP Job Club

CAP Job Club is a free service for people wishing to start or return to work and need some extra support.

The Job Club has three elements:
• Community time: giving people time to network, gain peer support and have 
ongoing access to Job Club Coaches for support and advice. 
• Steps to employment course: an 8-week course covering people’s 
motivations to go to work, the obstacles that may present, identifying 
strengths and how they can be translated onto a CV for employers and how 
to prepare for an interview. 
• 1:1 Coaching: supporting people to identify their goals, strengths and 
writing CV
