Did you know during the Menopause adding strength based exercises to your week can help your joints and keep you moving? Our Meno’Strength sessions are aimed to do just that and are perfect for those who want to add a strength based class into their week. We offer a safe non judgemental and supportive environment in which to work out. Each session is fun, friendly and will encourage you to reach your goal - all while working you hard with no women being left behind. Each session consist of: - Warm-Up - Main strength base weights session - Cool down
