We know we need to move more when we reach menopause, but doing that is not always easy. Well look no further this group is for you. Whatever stage of your journey you are on and whether you are new to exercise, returning or are already exercising (and would enjoy some company), this group for you. We will encourage and support you along the way, all while giving you that motivation to carry on. These sessions are designed to improve your technique, strength and endurance over time. We offer a safe non judgemental and supportive environment in which to run. Whatever your aim we will work hard to achieve these, all while having fun - no women is left behind. Each session consist of: - Warm-Up - A fun and friendly fitness activity - Main session working on technique and building strength - A post session fun and friendly fitness activity - Cool down
