Together Drug & Alcohol Service

Our three main hubs are located in Exeter, Newton Abbot and Barnstaple and offer recovery support:

  • 1 to 1 sessions
    Group work
    Prescribing medications to
    help with your recovery

In addition, we also provide services such as needle exchanges, and clinical support; including testing for blood borne viruses, certain vaccinations, providing naloxone, essential health checks. You will see your recovery worker by appointment, but the hubs provide a centre where you can drop in for support outside of your one to one programme, or to spend time in our cafes or group activities.

Our outreach services in Illfracombe, Bideford, Honiton, Axminster, Exeter, Dawlish, Totnes and Tavistock can arrange prescriptions and needle exchange by appointment.

Within the Together services we also have;

- A dedicated Criminal Justice Team
- A team of Specialist Family Workers.
- Homeless Outreach Team
- Hospital Liaison Workers

You will also have access to other programmes of support:

- Family Support – intervention packages to support families affected by drug or alcohol misuse
- Flourish Cafes – a safe, social and creative space for all past or present service users to be among people who understand.
- Flourish in Nature – outdoor activities for those in active recovery and opportunities to train as a volunteer or leader.
