Sexual Abuse Listening Therapys

SALT is a small established charity based in Plymouth. The service we offer is free and available to all in Plymouth and surrounding areas as long as the person can come to our offices, as we do not offer home visits. Salt work is focused on processing the trauma someone has experienced rather than solely using management tools to lessen symptoms. We offer an initial assessment followed by 4 psycho-educational skills sessions then individual therapy sessions.

Service access criteria: SALT works with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse so a child abused under the age of 16 years and is now 18 years or over. We offer support to all who fit the above criteria and are able to access our offices in Plymouth in person, we also have disabled access.
