Barking and Dagenham Talking Newspaper

Barking and Dagenham Talking Newspapers are a registered charity, founded 1976. They bring local news to the visually impaired. 

This is a free service. The recordings are placed into wallets that are collected for free by Royal Mail, outward and return. 

Recordings include; local news, magazines and quizzes.

Barking and Dagenham Post is recorded onto USB sticks every Friday and dispatched the same day.  

The magazine 'The Beacon' is recorded every fourth Wednesday and dispatched with that week's edition of the Barking and Dagenham Post. 

USB players are supplied free of charge to those who require them. 

Recordings are also available on the Talking Newspaper app via British Wireless for the Blind.
