Following the Cardiac Rehab model, this class is for those with one or more conditions, steady on their feet, that want to improve their movement, strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. This is a very welcoming class with great peer support and most importantly a lot of fun, with Jo a Level 4 instructor. We have the Scouthall a good sized space, which means when you are not moving around with me, you can be trying your hand at Short tennis and badminton. Anyone over the age of 16 can come along and will be made very welcome. Comfy clothing, layers-so you can take one off if warm, trainers best for feet, water to keep you hydrated. £5.00 per session at present
