Grade 2/5: Suitable for people who are already walking short distances of up to a mile. These walks also offer the opportunity to join our walk in the park program.

Most walks can be up to 60 minutes with around 45 minutes of walking time and will focus on the social and physical benefits of creating a regular walking lifestyle change. The walks try to avoid any steps and slopes will be taken in manageable stages.
