Deep Stretch Yoga

Relax and stretch with Deep Stretch Yoga, a class focusing on key muscle groups—hips, hamstrings, and upper back. In our seated world, these areas often get tight, leading to imbalances. We start with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor, held for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses and focusing on breath helps the body fully relax and open up.
