YogaBellies For Mum & Baby - Postnatal & Baby Yoga

This exclusive postnatal class runs for one hour each week and is based on traditional hatha yoga techniques and includes:- - Relaxation for you and baby - Gentle stretching and massage for baby - Breathing techniques and gentle stretching for you - Gentle movements together - Songs and nursery rhymes - Meeting other local mums This class is completely ‘baby-led’ and is at YOUR OWN PACE. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old right up to crawling.
