Cook with us : Christmas Bakes Taster session

b inspired is a neighbourhood-based charity in Braunstone, Leicester. The Neighbourhood Support Team work to provide support to local people and address the issues they face in their everyday lives.
 

One of the ways that this is achieved is through the Getting Help In Neighbourhoods: Get Connected, Stay Well programme. Getting Help in Neighbourhoods funding enables b inspired to integrate support for reducing low mood, stress and anxiety, aiming to improve general wellbeing by hosting taster sessions throughout the year such as ‘Self Care’ and ‘Mindfulness’ activities that local people wouldn’t ordinarily have access to or take part in.

One of our upcoming taster sessions is Cook With Us : Christmas Bakes; an opportunity to learn to cook some festive foods!

The Getting Help In Neighbourhoods: Get Connected, Stay Well programme and this taster session are only available to individuals aged over 25, who live in the LE3 1 postcode area of Leicester. 

Booking is essential to take part in this session.
