HeadsUp: Specialist Wellbeing Support for Young Persons NW London

HeadsUp is a partnership of charities in North West London offering specialist wellbeing services to young people who are experience marginalisation.

Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons Trust - counselling, mentoring, youth and social groups, work experience and much more for 11-18-year-olds across London  who are LGBTQI+ or questioning their gender or sexual identity

The Wish Centre - open-ended 1-1 and group therapy for 11-25-year-olds in Harrow who self harm or have experience of sexual exploitation

Centre for ADHD & Autism Support - courses, wellbeing support & family support for people aged 11+ with ADHD / autism (or suspected) in Harrow, Hillingdon & Brent. CAAS help you understand your diagnosis, but do not provide counselling or therapy.

Paiwand - counselling and group therapy for 11-25 year olds from a refugee, asylum seeking or migrant background. They also provide immigration, housing and legal support for adults aged 18+. In Harrow, Hillingdon & Brent.

Mind in Harrow - volunteering programme for young people aged 18-25 with lived experience of mental health challenges.

We also provide free training for CYP professionals on young persons' wellbeing and equality in our specialist areas. You can also contact Mind in Harrow for advice and signposting. Just email headsup@mindinharrow.org.uk
