Full Body Strength Workout Buntingford

We offer a Strength full body workout. Each week a different class which is not repeated for 3 months to keep the body challenged. We use Dumbbells, own body weight, Kettlebells & Bands in these classes All our classes are open to everyone as we offer many differentiation moves and all classes offer progressions and regressions. We concentrate on the seven principles of human movement – hinge, plank, push, pull, squat, lunge and rotation, as well as balance £4 per session. Must be a U3A Member (~£13 per year)
