It can broaden your opportunities, such as being able to access online courses, help with the day to day, such as scheduling online shopping deliveries, and can be even improve your health outcomes, with many GP surgeries using online booking systems as their primary way of working. What are you meant to do if you do not have the skills to digitally engage? This is where our Digital Champion come in.

Our trained digital champions provide a friendly and welcoming environment to our tenants and participants through the promotion of digital teaching and learning. They offer tailored, 1-2-1 support to improve your digital skills. You can be supported to learn how to use emails, shop online, complete online forms, manage your files, and much much more!
