Taqlis is built from a team of support workers, trauma-informed and mental health practitioners, ambassadors, and researchers who are all culturally diverse, passionate volunteers.

Team Taqlis volunteers’ mission is to eliminate illicit drug use and crimes, along with supporting ethnic minority families to get the help they need.

Taqlis volunteers inspire to create an overt initiative to facilitate a supportive environment and offer one-to-one and group support to improve services that ethnic minority families and drug users can access; whilst leaving a trail to raise awareness about the importance within targeted communities of the effects of drug use and the importance of getting family help.

Taqlis volunteers may be from different backgrounds, but Team Taqlis has one vision; to create a supportive environment surrounding those struggling with drug-related problems and create awareness of drug crimes and use and the effects of both whilst eliminating drug use and crimes.
