We provide advice to people for the problems that they face, and also to improve the policies and practices that impact on people’s lives, bringing issues and concerns which are common to large numbers of people to the attention of local and national government.                                                                

To access the Citizens Advice Service or make an appointment, members of the public can text the word ADVICE to 78866 and an adviser will call back within 24 hours or the next working day.

Debt problems
This is national helpline but filters to local advisers unless busy then goes to national overflow team. Already very high call volume so be prepared for a wait. Line open 10 am-4pm
