Meno Monday peer support for menopause

Meno Monday is a space for people who are experiencing the perimenopause and menopause transition or approaching it. This is a peer support group and place to share stories, ideas and information. Every month we have a different topic, with occasional speakers.

We meet on the third Monday each month. 7.30-9pm. Holy Trinity Church hall, Beacon Heath. EX4 8NP.

Ground rules:
*Only for people who are experiencing (or on their way to experience) the menopause transition
*Non-judgemental - people might have different views to you and that’s ok.
*Respect - ourselves, each other, the facilitator role and the space.
*Open hearted - trust that everyone is doing the best they can.
*You don’t have to share personal stories but you might need to be prepared to listen.
*Confidential - what’s shared in the space stays in the space (except your own stories that you're free to do what you like with of course!).

This event is organised and hosted by us at The Nest Southwest CIC. Entry is by donation to cover group running costs and room hire. Please only take a free ticket if you really need it. We don't want cost to be a barrier, but we do need to pay our bills.
