Fifties Fitness

Fun and gentle weekly fitness sessions in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The exercises we do are aimed to help balance, co-ordination and strength. They can either be completed standing or seated. No prior experience is necessary. The most important thing is enjoyment!

When: Thursday (10.30am-11.30am)

Cost: £3.50 per session, First session is FREE
