BACT Fit Fans

Fit Fans is a bootcamp style training programme delivered twice weekly by a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Constantly varied and, more often than not, high intensity, this is the session for those looking to challenge themselves and level up their fitness levels with like-minded individuals. The programme is designed around participants to ensure they get the results they want and need for their goals and their health. All exercises can be tailored and adapted to individuals’ personal requirements and preferences – we understand the importance of simply moving for all and would encourage anyone to get involved.
