Art in the Docks Creative Workshops

Art in the Docks is a diverse group of artists and makers, representing all ages and backgrounds, working in everything from painting, printmaking and sculpture to theatrical puppet making, fashion, textile design, automata and performance art. We have come together to provide a collaborative and supportive framework for our members, whilst simultaneously working to run events that connect with, involve and engage our local community.

We provide artist led creative workshops in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. We deliver this to people who might be living in isolation (especially during and post covid), people coping with/recovering from long term illness, people suffering from anxiety, fear and distress, people coping with bereavement, and people who live with challenges to their mental health and wellbeing.

We are currently running a series of free events, including free weekly Saturday morning kids club and a free introduction to drawing workshop.

Book your spot via their events calendar.
