Serpentine Community Garden

Serpentine Community Garden

We are a community garden and growing space run by volunteers for the people of Buxton and surrounding area. Our object as a charity  is to advance education in horticultural practice. Our aim is to grow people and to grow plants. Find out more about us or get in touch.

The Garden is open to volunteers and to  drop-in visitors on Wednesdays and Sundays.   Bookable courses use the space on Mondays currently. We are also open for working volunteers on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Volunteer places must be arranged in advance as we continue to work in small groups. Please contact us if you wish to join us.

Larger group visits during working hours may be arranged in advance.  We can also offer use of our space and facilities to organised groups on a regular basis ( for example for after-school activities) by special arrangement. Please get in touch if you would like to see what we do.
