Ultimate Counselling

Ultimate Counselling provides community based mental health and community outreach services to racialised communities (BAME) in Newham and other East London boroughs. Our service offers multi-ethnic culturally sensitive counselling, psychosocial group activities and support with socioeconomic economic issues including immigration-related issues. We provide specialist support for; 

-        asylum seekers, refugees and migrants including undocumented immigrants 

-        Victims of domestic abuse or gender-based violence

-        Suicide prevention in racialised communities

-        African LGBTI community

We work in partnership with NHS and local council services, academic institutions, charitable and business organisations. We don’t believe in one size fits all therefore, offer a range of therapeutic approaches. Staff members are DBS checked and all therapists are members of counselling, psychotherapy and psychological professional bodies. To learn please visit www.ucts.org.uk
