All pregnant women, new mothers (with children under 12 months old) and children under the age of 4 years can access FREE vitamins in Newham.

Healthy Start vitamins are free regardless of families income or immigration status. They are available to collect from most children centres and some health care centres across the borough. 

No referral needed – collection sites can be found here.

Service access criteria: pregnant people, new mums (with a child under 12 months of age) and children under 4 years of age.
