Prescription Ordering

It is easier and quicker to manage request repeat prescriptions via our online service. 

Alternatively you can request your repeat medication using your right-hand, white prescription re-order slip. This can be posted to us, placed in the repeat prescription boxes on each of our surgery sites, or handed in at reception.
