Shed Angels

Gillingham Street Angels are a small ‘grassroots’ charity and are passionate about making accessing community activities and health & wellbeing support as 'stress-free' as possible for the people we help. We help enable people to make healthier lifestyle choices and, raise awareness on homelessness & food poverty across Medway.  We thrive on embracing inclusivity, equality, and diversity in all that we do and have a ‘hands-on’ practical feel to all of our services.  We understand that navigating the local healthcare and wellbeing system can sometimes be overwhelming. This is why we offer a holistic approach when delivering our support wherever possible and we aim to provide as much of these in a one-stop-shop for a wide range of needs.  This is where our new ‘Shed Angel’ programme can make a real difference for the people we help and the people you help.  Shed Angels is our new programme of social, physical, welfare and practical activities, support and signposting for those that are vulnerable, in need and are (or have) experienced homelessness, financial hardship and food poverty.
