Zest Medway
Verified service

Zest is Bright Shadow's regular creative offer for people living with dementia, or broader memory problems, and their loved ones across Medway.
Zest sessions will run weekly on Tuesday mornings from 10am-12pm from 9 April 2024.
Individuals referred are offered a taster session before they decide if they'd like to regularly join. Sessions are offered on a donation basis, suggested £5 per session.
Sessions are delivered by professional artists (typically in blocks of 4 weeks at a time), and the group of c.12 participants is supported by a group coordinator who liaises with participants and is the consistent face of the group.
