Perinatal Mental Health and Parent/Infant Relationships programme

ANKH Place CIC presents a new 20 sessions Newham residents programme supporting good mental health for expectant mothers in the last weeks before birth, and supporting parents and infant relationships. This free offer is commissioned by London Borough of Newham Public Health Community Services. This is a free offer to parents and infant to support and enhance their relationships with each other and with their babies and infants up to 2 years old.

Different sessions are taking place across Newham in a range of venues until the end of July 2024.

Sessions include group therapies, health coaching, attachment, bonding, infant feeding, expressive arts, storytelling, baby massage and more, to support you through those crucial early stages of parenting and child development.

Running from January to June 2024. Spaces are limited. Register to reserve your space. Contact Mavis on 07931712508 for further information.
