We understand that finding the right job can feel overwhelming, that is why we are here 
to support you in that journey, and introduce you to find exciting job opportunities that 
you may not even know exist. 
Working with your dedicated Support Manager, you’ll embark on a journey into the world 
of work that’s not just tailored but co-created, ensuring it’s uniquely yours every step of 
the way. 
• We will discover your strengths at the beginning of the programme and how you 
can put them into practice
• You must be able to prove Right to Work and have photographic ID to be eligible
• Vocational Profiling will take place at the beginning of the programme so we know 
what to work on to help you achieve your goal
• It’s a tailored programme to suit your needs
• We will provide in work support once you have successfully gained employment
