The National Association for Hospice at Home want the very best care for everyone at the end of their life, no matter where they live, who they are or what their condition is.
We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation with an executive committee of Trustees as well as member organisations and independent individuals associated with the Hospice at Home ethos and service provision. We welcome members from across the Multi-Disciplinary Team providing patient care. We aim to support Hospice at Home and Community Services organisations, as they strive to grow, improve the patients experience of living well until dying and end of life care.
Hospice at home is an integral component of community end of life care bringing the skills, ethos and practical care associated with the Hospice movement into the home environment; putting the patient and those who matter to them at the centre of the care.
