Get support from professionals for your mental health and wellbeing by coming along to our cafe style session once a month.
You can also unwind and recharge with a relaxing yoga class specifically tailored to help women going through perimenopause and menopause.
The yoga portion of the session at 7pm is £4 and must be booked in advance.
