Dougie Mac are proud to offer a range of Wellbeing services.
Our Wellbeing team provide a range of support services and therapies to help alleviate some of the worries and concerns associated with a palliative illness by prioritising your wellbeing.
We offer our patients and carers:
- Wellbeing Centre Programme
- Patient and Carer Services
- Advance Care Planning
- Counselling and Bereavement Support
- Spiritual, Pastoral and Religious Care (SPARCS)
- Complementary Therapy
- Lymphoedema Support
- Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.
We also run a Wellbeing Programme from our Wellbeing Centre.

- Dougie Mac Social Morning: Mondays - 10am-12pm - Weekly
- Arts for Wellbeing: Mondays - 1.30pm - 3.30pm - Fortnightly from the 8th April
- Light Activity Group: Tuesdays - 12:30pm - 2pm - Weekly
- Music and Singing Group: Tuesdays - 2pm - 3.30pm - Fortnightly
- Tai Chi QiGong: Wednesdays - 11am - 12pm - Weekly
- Craft Group: Thursdays - 10am - 11am Fortnightly
- Reading and Writing Group: Thursdays - 10am - 11:30am - Fortnightly
- Walk and Talk Group: Fridays - 9.30am - 11am - Weekly

Healthcare professionals can refer people living with a palliative and life-limiting condition and their loved one by accessing our referral form on: www.dougiemac.org.uk/referrals. The referral form can be emailed to community.admin@nhs.net.
