Coffee & Cogs

Coffee & Cogs is a Bicycle Maintenance Workshop which takes place every Monday (during Term Time) from 10am to 12noon at the Bike Hub at Parkfield in Paignton.

Delivered by trained and qualified Bicycle Mechanics, the Coffee & Cogs workshops enables particiapnts to learn essential skills in bicycle maintenance, which includes: punctures, brake adjustment and replacement, bearing adjustment, lubrication, frame and fork adjustment, wheel truing and M-Checks.

Cycle Torbay offers a range of bicycles for participants to work on, these include Mountain Bikes, BMX, Road Bikes and even vintage bikes. Each style of bicycle introducing participants to cycle industry engineering principles, techniques and standards.

The Coffee & Cogs workshops are free to attend and is open to anyone wanting to learn basic cycle maintenance skills.
