Range of activities to help people gain confidence, learn new skills and move towards and into employment. Individuals must be unemployed or economically inactive. The programme will have a specific focus on those aged 19 or over and people who are most at risk of social exclusion especially those who need a more personalised and long term approach to overcome their individual barriers to finding work.
