6 week gardening course in Barnes for over 55s

Gardening course for people over the age of 55 living in the borough of Richmond. This course is delivered by Barnes Common in partnership with Age UK Richmond.

Come to our beautiful community-run garden, where we will carry out practical gardening tasks (with time to chat in a friendly group!) The course starts on Monday 8 April at 2pm in Barnes and costs £25. The course covers caring for seedlings, regenerative growing, soil health & composting, companion planting and much more.

The course is 6 weeks but we will not meet on the Bank Holiday - so sessions will take place on 8,15,22 and 29th of April, followed by a break on 6 May and we resume for our last 2 sessions on 13th and 20th May.

Please book, ideally online. Alternatively you can email wellbeing@ageukrichmond.org.uk or ring Carol at Age UK Richmond on 0208 744 1965.
