Ab Phab Youth Club runs youth sessions for 11-17yrs and 18-25yrs with disabilities.
We run a range of projects including sports, gardening, cooking, creative arts, life skills and employability.
We also have lots of trips in the local community and beyond where young people are able to expand horizons, practice social skills and have fun! Only in the past few months, the young people have gone to see West End shows, football matches, trampoline parks and travelled round London on a private open-top bus tour.
We run a week-long summer residential at Stubbers Adventure Centre each year.
