Arrange a call between you both and enjoy catching up on the gossip and making a friendship to combat the loneliness. 

We are always on the look out for anyone who can spare their time as a Volunteer Telephone Befriender, again contact the CAAS Team and we can send out the relevant forms for this very rewarding role. 

The Copeland Age & Advice Team help the over 55's in Copeland to support themselves & manage financially, understanding & accessing relevant Housing Options, Support independent living and offer general advice and information.
