Join our nature and wellbeing themed foraging and wild walks and discover the hidden world growing around the edges of our parks, learn about our overlooked plants (weeds) and find out about the stories, history and uses attached to them from medicine to dyes, from foods to textiles. Experience a sense of belonging, connecting with nature and mindfulness practice, with art work options and light refreshments

Aimed at Adults experiencing anxiety, depression or isolation (18+)

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month. 10:30am to 12.30pm
10th April, 8th May, 12th June, 10th July 2024

Weekends: 27th April, 18th May, 15th June, 20th July 2024
