Monthly Peer Group Support for Autistic Women

Our FREE monthly peer support sessions are for autistic women, including non-binary individuals with a cervix and who are biologically female and are on the pathway to an autism diagnosis, self-diagnosis, or a late diagnosis.

We nurture the social model of autism in a calm, safe space where group members can explore their feelings, emotions, and sensitivities, including Alexithymia and emotional regulation, with openness.

Every month, there will be a particular theme for everyone to work with to give members time to validate themselves, find togetherness to improve their emotional and mental wellness and acknowledge their unique strengths for a positive future.

So, could you come along at the start of the session and give yourself time to settle in? It will help you with the flow of conversation and building connections, mainly if you are a new group member.

You can register to be a member. It's free to join and attend each month. We encourage voluntary donations to help towards costs.

Service access criteria: Register your interest to join and abide by the Code of Conduct for Group Members.
