Low cost Lasting Power of Attorney Service - CAAS

The CAAS Team can help with a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for both Health & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs.  An LPA is a legal document that lets you appoint one or more people to help you make decisions or to make decisions on your behalf. 

Our Lasting Power of Attorney service starts at £50 per LPA (with a further fee of £82 per LPA to pay to the Office of the Public Guardian, unless you get a reduction or exemption).
