Employment Programmes
We are experts in helping disabled people find and sustain paid jobs, with a team of dedicated professionals who are experienced in integrating people with disabilities into the workplace.

If you have a job and would like support at work, we can provide practical support at work to overcome barriers.

18-25 Years Old?
We run specialist employment programmes for young people aged 18-25 years old with Special Educational Needs and/or learning disabilities.  This includes Supported Internship programmes as well as projects for those who are not currently in employment education or training.

Day Opportunities for Adults
We offer a range of modern, fun and quality activities for adults with learning disabilities who are in receipt of Individual Budgets.

All activities are based upon on one or more of our four pillars of empowerment: Independence, Work, Healthy Living and Inclusion.
