Well-Being respite activity sessions

GoodCompany provide well-being respite activity sessions supporting those who require care and support, including those living with dementia or memory problems.
During each session GoodCompany designs person-centred activities, people have the opportunity to make friends, increase their support works and reduce loneliness. In addition to supporting those who join the sessions, this also enables the carers to have a break/respite from their caring role.
The sessions run on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month at Peel House (Council Offices), 8 Queen Street, Whittlesey, Peterborough PE7 1AY. The 2nd session runs from 11am – 3pm and the 4th session runs from 11.30am - 3.30pm.
Each session costs £45.00 which includes, all activities, lunch, refreshments and support.
